Marcin practises individual and collective employment law, with a particular emphasis on employees’ right to privacy and employers’ co-operation with trade unions and employee representatives. He is an advisor to some of Poland’s largest companies on areas such as group redundancies, transfer of enterprises, and anti-mobbing and anti-discrimination proceedings.
Marcin is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Labour Law and Social Policy at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Kraków’s Jagiellonian University and the author of a number of publications on employment law. Additionally, he serves as a member of the research board of the European Social Security Journal and national correspondent for European Labour Law Cases.
2013–2018 – Member of the European Committee of Social Rights at the Council of Europe.
2014–2015 – Research on discrimination in employment law at the University of Oxford.
