FAQ

1. What is the ASPIRE HR Services (HRS) Leaders Group?

The HRS Leaders Group is a community of HR leaders and professionals drawn from across the ASPIRE network of technology and business services companies.

The aim of the group is to help companies developing their HR Services Centre. Services scope is the starting point for the group.

2. Who can be a member of the HRS Leaders Group?

Any person working for an ASPIRE member company who is nominated by their company.

Members may nominate more than one person to the group.

To nominate someone to the group, please contact the ASPIRE Team at: joinus@aspire.org.pl

3. How does the group function?

The Group is led by Andre Faust, Director of the UPM HR Services Centre in Kraków and Board Member of ASPIRE. UPM is the Group Champion.

The Group determines its own agenda and activities.

Group activity is supported by ASPIRE Connect, a dedicated online tool for ASPIRE Leaders Groups, which includes a Group Directory, Events Calendar and Resource Library.

4. What do Group meetings look like? How often do they take place?

Starting from the scope, meetings focus on what services can be delivered by the service centre and the required environment to implement. There is a special focus on technology, including Robotics Process Automation.

Group work focusses on enabling companies to draw plans and strategies to develop their HRS organisation further. Used methods are experience sharing, benchmarking and task forces working on specific items. The group also investigates upcoming opportunities.

During the Coronavirus pandemic the group has been having a regular fortnightly call, but also aims to provide a network that group members can reach out to for ongoing support.
