Process Mining:
What is it? How can it help me? How to start?
WEDNESDAY, 28 APRIL 2021
Process mining is described as “data science in action.” In the global services environment it promises to be the next big thing in digital transformation, the more so as we emerge from COVID with our teams variously located in the office or working from home. To shed light on this important topic, ASPIRE has teamed up with member Philip Morris International and Associate member Abbyy. During 75 minutes of mixed presentation and discussion we aim to provide a short, sharp introduction to process mining. Drawing on real world examples we will investigate the potential for process mining to support the control and design of operational business processes:
- Real-world, real-time bottlenecks and inefficiencies in your process
- Best ways for you to reduce costs
- Process improvement KPIs
- Best candidates for automation
The session will also include an investigation of an Accounts Payable process, using a live demo of Timeline, Abbyy’s process mining tool, and drawing on your questions to the tool. Our speakers include:
- Andrew Hallam, ASPIRE, General Secretary
- Michal Topylo, AutoID, ABBYY Country Partner in Poland, Business Development Director
- Jarosław Kulik, Philip Morris International, Program Manager – Analytics & Process Mining
- Krzysztof Sitarski, Philip Morris International, Lead Data Analyst
- Susanne Richter-Wills, ABBYY, France & DACH Sales Director
- Eduards Putra, ABBYY, Business Development Manager
Please note that the session will be conducted in English.
Participation is free of charge.
