WHAT IS IT? 

Employer of Tomorrow is a competition which celebrates outstanding achievement by businesses in the field of learning and development and education.

Winners receive the title Employer of Tomorrow.

The competition covers initiatives aimed at employees, students or job-seekers, either in partnership with educational institutions or not.

The Prize is awarded in three categories, to small companies, medium-sized companies and large companies. 

In each category, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be recognised.

In addition, there will be recognition for the best entries in a given sector.  

The competition is organised by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) and is open to all companies operating in Poland.

Winners will be announced in February 2022.

SCOPE 

Applications are invited in three categories:

“Employee Development” – initiatives to support professional development – such as the development of soft skills, incentive systems to improve competences, investments in development through programmes increasing competences;

“Mature Competences” – initiatives dedicated to employees, candidates or job seekers aged over 50, initiatives increasing job and development opportunities, mentoring programmes involving the use of expert knowledge of people aged over 50;

“Ambassador of Education” – initiatives in the field of co-operation between companies and educational institutions, creating or supporting proprietary educational platforms / games / internships / competitions for students, engaging employers in teaching and research activities for lecturers / teachers, under which participants had the opportunity to acquire or develop competences, obtaining qualifications or acquiring skills sought in the labour market.
